Maximilien Pellegrini

Operating Partner

Maximilien Pellegrini brings to OUINO Consulting decades of executive experience in international business development, ecological transition, and services for industrial and municipal clients. Having worked across Europe, Africa, and North America, he offers clients deep insight into global operations, restructuring, and growth strategies.

He spent much of his career at the Suez Group, where he held senior leadership positions in France (CEO of Suez France, managing €5.5 billion in Water and Waste activities) and internationally (CEO of Iberia-Africa construction activities and CEO of Industrial Solutions in North America). Following Veolia’s takeover bid for Suez, the shareholder consortium (GIP/Meridiam/CDC) appointed him Deputy CEO of the “new” Suez. He later served as Executive Chairman of Atalian Group, a European leader in Facility Management (€2 billion), and as CEO of ELIOR North America ($2 billion). He also lived in Spain for 8 years.

Maximilien joined OUINO Consulting in August 2025 as an Operating Partner, collaborating with the leadership team to share his executive expertise and advise clients on complex market entry, organizational transformation, and strategic repositioning.

Franco-Italian and highly international in outlook, Maximilien is recognized for his ability to navigate multicultural business environments, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and deliver results in both established and emerging markets. Throughout his career, he has supported large-scale transformation projects, negotiated with unions, and worked across diverse governance models including public companies, private equity–backed firms, and family-owned businesses.
